Into the Trees

Description

A mini mosaic for the wall made with stained glass, vintage glass, Italian milliefiori, my own exclusive hand gilded metal leaf glass and glass smalti border.  I made a set of 6 whilst in Covid 19 lockdown. They are inspired by my walks around my home during the long sunny days of April 2020 whilst thinking about the past and the future and how important it now seems.

PLEASE NOTE:  It’s possible the metal leaf glass might change colour over time and it might reveal some of the black or red paint from underneath. It’s an exciting process just to see what happens!
