A special present for a birthday or anniversary. This sweet little blue and yellow bird will bring a splash of colour all year round to your outdoor yard or indoor living space.
Made using wire and cement mixes, glass tiles (all hand cut) , stained glass, glass rounds and pretty Italian millefiori.
The front wing and body are three dimensional giving it a realistic structure.
The copper wire feet are non tarnishing, however weather might change the colour.
My 3 dimensional birds are made in stages, each part needing several hours or overnight for the cement mixtures to cure. The whole process can take up to 10 hours (for a small or medium sized bird) which is spread over 3 days.
