Lions Roar Weekend
If you read my last post about the glass on glass technique, you may have recognized the blue glass mosaic with the orange circles. It is a design based on Zillion’s body. This was the first of a small series of designs based on his body and his mane that I will be exhibiting in the artists tent at the Lion Roar Weekend on 9th and 10th October.
It looks like it will be a very exciting weekend. All 100 lions will be proudly strutting their stuff in front of the Royal Crescent in Bath, there will be workshops, lion art and sponsors and artists tents.
If you haven’t seen the lions yet this will be a golden opportunity to see them altogether and then to see the artists personal work.
