Midnight Star Lings

The Midnight Star Lings (The Birds Who Bring Stars)

It’s lovely to watch the starlings return this year. They gather on the fields and the farmyards to feed, then fly off together to roost in the reeds down on the levels. If I’m lucky I see a murmuration at sunset when I’m at the Avalon Marshes on my duty days at Somerset Crafts gallery.

But did you know about the ones that come at night? Oh yes, they fly silently across the night sky bringing stars to light the sky. If you are lucky you may see them from your window one night.

There is a place you can buy them too! Just here

Warm Winter Wishes!
